Once upon a time, girls were raised to be a woman who married well and keep…keep the house, keep the kids, keep her husband, keep a social status, and keep herself. Societal rules and patriarchal guidelines would then define what made a woman a “good wife”. 

 

While those things can be quite lovely and rewarding, our "single name", The Good Wife House of Lingerie, was named with a little wink of the eye because as women, we weren’t made to be defined. We were made to be understood and celebrated! We believe that our femininity isn’t something that should be contrived, packaged and sold. It is individual, it is within us and it’s our birthright!

Our story didn't end there. There was an element to this spunky venture that caught our eye. It intrigued us. It needed us - and we needed it. We quickly fell madly in love and decided to go full force into serving the mastectomy needs of our community of women. So with a short engagement and a tested romance, we added Mastectomy Boutique to our name.

 

The Good Wife House of Lingerie & Mastectomy Boutique is the collective of women who are in the process of learning to know, love and accept themselves in mind, body and spirit, often in unexpected ways.

As Certified Mastectomy Fitters, we work closely with your medical team prior to surgery and any time after to ensure you have the best products available for your needs.
